The Rebel 15m Fall Arrest Retrieve Block adds versatility and convenience to the trusted Rebel self-retracting lifelines. These models incorporate fall arrest and a built-in emergency fall arrest retrieval system. The retrieval facility gives added peace of mind that, should a fall occur, the operative rescue plan has already been catered for.

This unit can be provided with an option of a stainless steel cable or a galvanised cable.

The RGA3 is a 15 metre fall arrest block, constructed using rugged aluminium cases for durability. The RGA3 will handle the arduous pressures of site use and with the use of a bracket can also be fitted to a tripod.

The unit incorporates a fall indicator for peace of mind and safety.

The RGA3/Edge is a 15 metre fall arrest block, constructed using rugged cast alloy casings for durability. The RGA3 will handle the arduous pressures of site use and with the use of a bracket can also be fitted to a tripod.

The cable is 5mm galvanised wire and has a double action high tensile steel swivel karabiner. The addition of a shock pack to the unit means it can be used whilst working over the edge.

The unit incorporates a fall indicator for peace of mind and safety.

The RGA3/Edge has been accredited to EN 360:2002 and VG11.060 and has a maximum user weight of 140kg.

The RGA4 is a 15 metre fall arrest block with recovery winch constructed from rugged aluminium cases for durability. The unit has a fall indicator tag for added peace of mind. All fall arrest retrieve blocks are designed primarily as a fall arrest unit, with a single use retrieval facility.

The retrieval facility gives added peace of mind that, should a fall occur, the operative rescue plan has already been catered for.

The RGA4H is a 15 metre fall arrest block with a shock pack which means it can be used whilst working over the edge. The block has a steadying handle fitted with an up/down winch mechanism. The unit has a fall indicator tag for added peace of mind.

The unit is constructed with durable cast alloy casings and comes with a 5mm galvanised wire cable and double action high tensile steel swivel karabiner. It has a maximum user weight of 140kg.

All fall arrest recovery blocks are designed primarily as a fall arrest unit, with a single use recovery facility. The recovery facility gives added peace of mind that, should a fall occur, the operative rescue plan has already been catered for as the operative can be winched up or down to safety in the event of an emergency.

The unit has been accredited to EN 360:2002, EN 1496:2017 B and VG11.060.

The Tuff-Bloc self retracting lifeline features an energy absorbing over-mould nylon housing suitable for robust environments. This unique housing provides protection to the internal mechanisms and allows for easy storage when stacking.

It has a built in fall indicator and comes with a double action karabiner and a steel snap hook. It provides fall protection up to a 30 degree angle from centre and is rated for 140kg. The unit comes with an Ezy-Grip handle for ease during installation.

The Tuff-Bloc SRL is certified to EN360:2002.

Kratos offer a range of compliance blocks from 10 metre right through to 30 metre wire rope versions.

All of these units offer an indicator hook which shows if the unit has taken a fall and requires servicing.

All of these fall arrest units comply with the latest EU legislation and ensure that your body will not exceed the 2 metre drop test limits or the 6kN impact requirement upon the body.

The Kratos fall arrest retrieve blocks have a polymer casing, galvanised steel wire rope and have a built in indicator hook and carrying handle. The units conform to EN360 for fall arrest and EN1496 for emergency recovery with a rated worker maximum load of 140kg.

The block is simple to use providing fall protection up to a 40 degree angle from centre. If the worker takes a fall the emergency recovery handle can be engaged to recover the worker. This then takes care of regulation 5 as your emergency rescue plan.

A fall arrest retrieve block can only be used as a secondary device as it is not designed for full man riding other than for an emergency rescue.

The Sala Sealed-Blok series are the ultimate in durability and design. Rugged and made to last, the spring and bearing housing is sealed to a rating of IP 67 which means that the unit can be submerged to 1 metre for 30 minutes. With the addition of stainless steel wire ropes and the huge range in lengths these blocks are ideal for offshore and harsher environments.

These blocks are built so that they follow the definition of the law. That is that the block should always be used in fall arrest mode as a safety back up to the personnel descending using a ladder or step irons, or as a secondary device.

Only if a fall takes place should the recovery handle be used, the unit should then be serviced by an authorised service house.

The unit can be used vertically or with a standard deviation of 20° in relation to vertical and also for horizontal use without the use of a lanyard between the end of the strap and the harness. The unit complies with EN 360 and CNB/P/11.060 standards for use on edges with a minimal 0.5 mm curve radius.

The Blocfor ESD includes the Energy System Dissipater (ESD) technology that enables the unit to arrest a fall even when the webbing is fully unwound and ensures there is an impact force of less than 6 kN in the event of a fall.

The Blocfor ESD is lightweight with a ABS fibre reinforced polyaminde housing and has a standard M47 swivel connector at the end of the shock absorber and a M10 connector on the unit. They are available in 3 lengths of 10m, 20m and 30m and have a total user capacity of 150kgs

The Blocfor ESD R Fall Arrester with Rescue Handle is suitable for use on terrace roofs and complies with CNB/P/11.062.

The unit can be used vertically or with a standard deviation of 20° in relation to vertical and also for horizontal use without the use of a lanyard between the end of the strap and the harness. The unit complies with EN 360, EN 1496B and CNB/P/11.060 standards for use on edges with a minimal 0.5 mm curve radius.

They are available in 2 lengths of 20m and 30m and have a total user capacity of 150kgs

The Saver is a retractable fall arrester with an integrated emergency rescue mechanism for raising or lowering personnel to safety following a fall

The recovery handle has a shock absorbing brake mechanism and an anti-run brake so that if the winding handle is released during lifting the winch automatically locks until the handle is rotated by the operator. It has a stopping distance of 0.6m to 1m and a retrieval speed of approximately 3m per minute. The karabiner has an incorporated fall indicator.

The unit can be mounted vertically overhead with up to a 30° angle from centre, with a diverter pulley, or horizontally providing the rope does not pass over sharp or abrasive edges, masonry or steelworks or other items that may catch, trap or shear the wire rope.

The Saver Fall Arrester has a maximum weight limit of 141kg and is available in 3 rope lengths of 14m, 20m and 34m.

The Saver is also available with a high performance HMPE fibre line which is beneficial in environments with electrocution risks. This low stretch line is up to 70% stronger that the current steel wire with less than half the density which reduces the overall weight of the unit by up to 2.5kg.

The unit is certified to EN 360:2022 and EN 1496:2006 Class B.
